Special T-shirt Deadline Tuesday

One of the unique features of the Gainesville Cycling Festival is the wide range of t-shirts that are available. We offer long sleeve, no sleeve, and cotton shirts in addition to the standard technical t-shirt by Sport-Tec. And all of these are available in women's specific cuts.

To get one of the special shirts, they MUST be pre-ordered before we place the production order at close of business on Tuesday, October 9. DON'T MISS OUT! Get your registration in now!

Standard unisex Sport-Tec shirts will be available for purchase after the 9th, while supplies last.

Plenty of Volunteers Still Needed!

The Festival is now less than two weeks away; we still need additional volunteers. Go to the Volunteer Page for a full list of what is needed.

For the course, we need SAG drivers on Saturday, a pace car crew for the Horse Farm Hundred, sign retrievers on Saturday, and sign placers on Sunday.

At rest stops, there are a few openings on Saturday, but our biggest need is on Sunday at Flemington; there are also openings at Lunch.

We need registration workers on Sunday morning at both First Magnitude and Flemington, and Saturday afternoon at the Boys Club.

Ride the Festival!

We're up to 283 riders doing 356 rides for the Festival.

We're up to 29 Club members who are not volunteering. We have 856 members; to be able to make a good donation to the Boys and Girls Club, we need a LOT more of you to sign up to ride. If only half of the Club rides, we may be able to get back to our traditional donation of $10,000; last year we fell well short.

So even if you aren't able to volunteer, get out and ride! Sign up in the Members Area.
