Note the afternoon start due to cold morning weather. Meet at the Boulware Springs trailhead of the GHT at the pavilion closest to the trail at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday for a 2:05 departure. We will ride the GHT to Hawthorne and back with possible a side trip to the Alachua Lake overlook on the return. This will be a no drop ride, with cruising speeds of 15-18 mph and an average speed of 16 mph. We will take a 10-15 minute break at the Hawthorne trailhead before returning to our start. E-bike riders are welcome, but please respect our cruising speed zone.
