Responsible for the Santa Fe Century and Horse Farm Hundred facilities.
Sends letters and follows up with phone calls to managers of facilities to be used during the events.
Arranges for payments as necessary.
Plans for and orders porta potti's.
Supervises the Facility Managers at the Boys Club, Loften High School, and Flemington.
