Board Elections
If you would like to run for a position on the Board of Directors, contact any Board member or email us. If we have a contested seat, there will be an election through the Members Area in January. To get on the ballot, we must have your intention to run by Friday, December 23.
We currently have two open seats on the Board.
The Social Director develops our plan for picnics and parties for the year, arranges for facilities, and manages volunteers who do food and supplies for the events.
The Century Director is the overall manager of the Gainesville Cycling Festival.
If you're interested in either position, the Board can appoint you to the position; if we get multiple persons interested, we'll elect one in January.
