Holiday Gathering

Join us on Saturday, December 4, at 6 pm for our annual Holiday Gathering.

We'll be inside, out of the cold, at the Cypress & Grove Brewing Company, 1001 NW 4th St.

The club will provide an assortment of snacks and hors d'oeuvres; craft beers, wine, and soft drinks are available for sale at the Brewery.

Welcome New Club Treasurer

We welcome Colin Hines to the GCC Board of Directors as our new Treasurer.

Board Elections

If you would like to run for a position on the Board of Directors, contact any Board member or email us. If we have a contested seat, there will be an election through the Members Area in January. To get on the ballot, we must have your intention to run by Friday, December 24.

We currently have one open seat on the Board, the Social Director. This person develops our plan for picnics and parties for the year, arranges for facilities, and manages volunteers who do food and supplies for the events. If you're interested, the Board can appoint you to this position; if we get multiple persons interested, we'll elect one in January.

Festival Volunteer T-shirts

Several volunteers did not make it to registration to pick up their t-shirts. You can pick them up at any time at 5015 NW 19th Place; send an email to let us know what day you'll be coming by so we can leave your packet on the front porch.

We'll also have the shirts at the Holiday Gathering.
