Public meeting on proposed Kincaid Loop Trail

Hi all,

The County is going to hold a planning meeting about the Kincaid Loop Trail in SE Gainesville on Sat 3 Feb. 

Part of the focus is on bike facilities, based on analysis of traffic, crashes, etc.
