Adopt-A-Road Sat. 05/05/18. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!
The GCC Adopt-a-Road Cleanup planned for April 22nd (Earth Day) was unexpectedly postponed due to a family
emergency.
Because GCC is committed to doing a quarterly litter cleanup along N. Main Street to help Keep Alachua County
Beautiful, a new date had to be arranged ASAP.
The new date is SATURDAY, MAY 5th. (That's right, Cinco de Mayo). We have the date, time, and supplies, but
I NEED MORE VOLUNTEERS!
We will start the cleanup at 0800, to avoid mid-day heat. It will take about 3 hours to complete the task. The
more volunteers, the sooner we will finish.
