Bike Issues at MTPO Monday
The next meeting of the Gainesville MTPO (Metropolitan Transportation Planning Organization) is Monday, April 3rd, beginning at 3PM in the Jack Durrance Auditorium of the Alachua County Administration Building. Click here for the agenda and back-up materials. The agenda includes:
- Present the 2016 Kermit Sigmon Citizens Participation Award to Gainesville Citizens for Active Transportation;
- Receive a presentation by the Florida Department of Transportation on the North Interstate 75 Master Plan Update;
- Discuss bikelanes on West Newberry Road Street (State Road 26) between NW 8 Avenue and NW 34 Street; and
- Discuss safety concerns for the Downtown Rail-Trail Connector crossing on Williston Road (State Road 331).
