Avoid Cramps!

If you've ridden in the summertime in Florida, you know that when you get home you taste like salt (try licking your arm).

So it makes sense that you need to replace all of that salt.  An easy way to do this as you ride is to add a couple of pinches of salt to each of your water bottles. 

Before I did this, it was common for me to have cramps after a ride.  Now, it doesn't happen any more.  And the water tastes better to boot.
