Be the friend all the cyclists want to ride with. If you enjoy volunteering as a SAG driver, if you lead group rides, or if you just don't want to feel helpless in case you witness another rider go down, this class may be for you. Learn what needs a Band-Aid, and what needs the ICU, STAT! Get a little personal peace of mind, or earn bragging rights that will pad that resume and make you the highly-coveted SAG volunteer with the street cred that everyone wants at their cycling event!
