Millhopper Crew Forms
A new Gainesville Cycling Club Interest Group has formed, the Millhopper Crew. Group members will take turns picking up loose items from the bike lanes on Millhopper Road. This road is the most used cycling road in Alachua County, and because it has a heavy tree canopy, is especially prone to having sticks, pine cones, and small branches in the roadway.
Crew members attending the organizing meeting were Sus Austil, Larry Lambert, John Mihelcic, Group Captain Neal Cohen, and Sue Bowers. Several others are signed up as members but were unable to attend. You can add your name to the roster by clicking "Join A Group", and selecting "Millhopper Crew" from the list of Interest Groups.
