Festival Planning Meeting
This year's Gainesville Cycling Festival, incorporating the Santa Fe Century and Horse Farm Hundred, is scheduled for October 25 and 26, 2014.
We have a good core of returning volunteers who will do the front end work, but can always use more to provide backup and spread out the load. As the event grows closer, we'll be looking for volunteers to do things during the event; there'll be plenty of opportunities to get in on the fun!
The kick off meeting for those who will do the up front work will be on Tuesday, July 15, at 7:30 pm. If you can help with the planning, please come to see if we can find a place for you to assist. We'll have ice cream and cookies!

We have a barefoot house; if you don't do barefoot, sock feet are permitted also!
The meeting is at 5015 NW 19th Place. From NW 43rd St turn west onto 19th Avenue. At 46th St jog right and then left onto NW 19th Place. OR From NW 23rd Ave west of NW 16th Blvd, turn south onto 46th St. Take the next right onto NW 19th Place. 5015 is at the end on the left. Park head on into the curb so we can fit more cars in the cul de sac.
