DAY OF RIDE REGISTRATION AND PACKET PICK-UP

TEE SHIRTS

Each ride will have a commemorative T-shirt. The T-shirt is included in the fee for the Saturday rides, and is $10 for extras on Saturday and for all Sunday T-shirts. We must have your order before October 8th if you want a size small or XXL. We will make extras of the shirts in sizes M, X, and XL, but cannot guarantee their availability after October 7th. There have been years when all Horse Farm Hundred T-shirts were sold by the time we close on Saturday evening.

AMENITIES

Maps will be provided and the routes will be well marked. Bananas will be available at the starts and rest stops will be provided about every 25 miles with drinks, fruits and snacks. One of the rest stops will have fixin's for lunch. Sag wagons will be on course following the last riders. We will have our portable shower at the Boys Club and there are hot showers at Loften High School. Massages may be available for a fee at the Boys Club and at Loften.

SAFETY

Helmets are required! All riders are expected to follow all traffic laws while on public roadways. Riders should ride at a steady speed in a straight line and as far to the right as practical. Stay Alert! A defensive riding attitude will help prevent many accidents.

All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while participating in the events.

• The centuries are mass starts with police escorts. Stay behind the escort.
• Don't ride more than two abreast. When traffic must slow to move around you, ride single file. [Florida Statutes 316.2065 (6)]
  
• Don't bunch up at intersections or on hills.
• Signal when you change lanes, slow down, or stop.
• When passing someone, call out "on your left."
• Your bicycle should be in good mechanical order. Carry tools, a spare tube, a patch kit, and a tire pump. Sag service will be concentrated toward the end of the ride and will have limited repair capability.
• Remember that these are tours and not competitive rides. Go as fast as you wish but do not jeopardize others in doing so.

CANCELLATION

There is a $2 handling fee for cancellation requests received before October 4th. For requests received before October 15th there is a $5 fee, T-Shirt sales are final and will be mailed. No cancellations after October 14th.
