Packet Stuffing Party Work Flow

1. T-Shirt Set Up

Those present at 3 pm complete these tasks prior to dinner.

T-shirts are separated into styles, and then into sizes. The count is verified against the order.
Labels are placed on each T-shirt that has been pre-sold.
Pre-sold T-shirts are folded into 8 ½ by 11 inch size.
Pre-sold T-shirts are segregated by ride onto different tables, and piled by size.
Unsold shirts are boxed and removed from the working area.

After dinner, this process takes about two hours.

PUBLICITY PAMPHLET ASSEMBLER gathers one of each publicity pamphlet into a bundle and places them on a pile.
PACKET LABELER places label on upper left hand corner of envelope, places pick sheet on top of envelope, places envelope on bottom of pile.
MAP PICKERs picks needed maps and blurbs and places them in the envelope.
PUB PICKERs insert publicity pamplets in the envelope.
PUB PICKERs give envelopes needing t-shirts to the SANTA FE T-SHIRT PICKER with the pick sheet on top of the envelope.
PUB PICKERs place envelopes not needing a t-shirt in a "Done" pile and keep the pile in alphabetical order.
SANTA FE T-SHIRT PICKER picks the needed t-shirts. If complete, takes the envelope, pick sheet, and t-shirts to the AUDIT SECRETARY. Otherwise, provides to HORSE FARM T-SHIRT PICKER.
HORSE FARM T-SHIRT PICKER picks the needed t-shirts. Takes the envelope, pick sheet, and t-shirts to the AUDIT SECRETARY.
The AUDIT SECRETARY accepts packets from the T-SHIRT PICKERS and periodically gets the "Done" pile and arranges them for review by the AUDITORs
The AUDITORs ensure the proper items are in the envelope and the proper t-shirts have been picked.
STUFFERs stuff the t-shirts and pick sheet into the envelope. They then file the completed packet in the boxes in alphabetical order.
BOXER manages the boxing process, putting up new boxes, and rearranging boxes that need more room.
