Bastille Day Picnic

Saturday, July 18
Poe Springs

Join us at Poe Springs County Park on CR 340 west of High Springs, 28800 NW 182nd Ave.

As the park does not open until 9 am, plan early rides to leave from High Springs, and then drive out to the park after riding. Shorter rides can meet at 9 am at the park. Some groups will plan rides from Gainesville to the park.

The Club will provide a main course with a vegetarian option. *** BRING *** side dishes to complement the main course and for dessert.

We will provide enough main course for those who RSVP! Please RSVP if you will be eating the main course.

Challenge Nears Half Way Point

We're continuing to hold a lead in the national team standings, but the race is a lot tighter this year! Keep posting your miles.

We have 246 team members who have posted miles for us this year. Quite a few of you have only posted for a few days over the last two and one half months! Remember that you can (and should) post all miles you have ridden since May 1. Our competition has used this capability to nearly catch up to us for the month of May. Most of our current lead is based on our July mileage postings.

We have over 800 GCC members who haven't posted ANY miles for our team. Join our team today! Specify "Gainesville Cycling Club"; "GCC" is another team in Colorado.

Registration is now open!  See event details here.
