The Kickstand is a non-profit organization that offers donation-based or inexpensive bicycle repair services.  The collective offers access to trained volunteers who can assist you with building, fixing, and maintaining your bike.  They also pair recycled bicycles with those in need, engendering a spirit of sharing and community in the process.

Interesed in volunteering?  You can help out by fixing bikes (or learn how to!).

Weekly meetings:  Thursdays from 6 to 8 pm

Shop hours:  Thursdays 4 to 8 pm  Sundays 2 to 6 pm

The Kickstand is located at 1123 SE 4th Street in Gainesville, a 5-minute bike ride south of Downtown, near the Hawthorne Trail.  (Their space is in the back of the building, go east down 11th Ave to get to it.)
