This route is subject to change until the Thursday prior to the Sunrise Ride.
DEPART: meet at 7:20 AM. We'll depart at 7:30 AM Sharp!
THE ROUTE: The standard Sunrise Loop leaves the Chevron and heads westward on Millhopper Rd and returns on 43rd St.
THE PACE: Usual Sunrise rules. Overall Average speed = 19-21 mph, cruising speed = 20-23 mph, regroup at select turns, no speed limit once we get close to home. (Back to the Chevron by ~9:30am)
THE LOWDOWN: By getting out earlier, the Sunrise rides offer less traffic, less wind, less precipitation and great company. There are no rest stops, thus maximizing our ride time. Get a 2+ hour ride in and still get home in time to take advantage of your Saturday.
