Riding Group LoBees Info Clear skies predicted for this ride. Long sleeves recommended. The LoBees will meet at 6:00 PM and depart after a brief riders meeting. See you there. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE. Due to the start time of this ride good lighting is required, both front and back. A bright tail light along with a good headlight (300 lumens minimum) is recommended. As usual we will leave no one behind who is having a problem for any reason. We will go on a loop of about 25 miles to LaCrosse and back. Future routes will be determined from suggestions of the participants. The LoBees are a friendly, no-drop group, typically riding in the 15 MPH range on the flats (not average). Anyone wishing to go significantly faster is urged to find another group more appropriate to their needs. As always: bicycle helmets are mandatory, mirrors are recommended. Riders are expected to obey all Florida cycling laws, a listing of which may be found here: http://gccfla.org/laws.html In case of iffy weather I do not post cancellations. It often clears up fast. If it is raining at the start consider it "Show & Go", I will try to be there. Please call or email with any questions. Thanks… Bob Mobile: (352) 283-5714 |
