Note the EARLIER START TIME. Meet at 7:30 a.m. Sunday for a 7:40 departure from the southwest corner of the Publix parking lot at Jonesville. We will bike to High Springs via Alachua, then return via Newberry. This will be a moderately paced, no drop ride. Expect cruising speeds of 17-19 mph, with an average speed of 16.5 mph. One rest stop in High Springs at the BP convenience store where US 27 & S.R. 236 meet. We may break into a slower and a faster group after the rest stop if some of the stronger riders are in a hurry to finish, in which case a ride leader will remain with the slower group.
