Feet First Group -- Haile Publix Get In Shape Ride Route #2 Ride Leader rides a 3- wheel Hand Cycle with a 6ft whip with Orange flag. Meet at dumpster by 91 st ST/Chinese Restaurant. Route: 91st / Back way through Haile / Left on trail along Archer Rd / Rt SW 75 st/ through Kanapah Preserve /north on Williston Rd to SW 85th Ave/ North SW 75th/ SW 46th Blvd/ Rt on SW 45th Blvd/ Rt 91st to Haile Publix Times: Arrive 4:00 I will stop by Haile Publix a few minutes before 4:15 PM and we will leave at 4:15 PM Please park near 91st. Ride at 4:15 PM. Ride: Friendly No-drop easy ride for beginner or returning riders wanting to get back in shape. This is one of 4 or 5 different 20 mile recurring training rides over a mostly flat fixed route, but may includes some minor hills. The route is on trail, bike lane, or low traffic communities. Cruise: 10-13 mph, we slow as necessary for hills. Average: 10.6 -12 mph. Duration:: ~ 1:45 hour ride time. Helmets required. Rest Stops: Rest rooms only at start Publix. and gas station/Publix at 75th St. and Archer Rd. You should be equipped to deal with at least one flat tire, and bring adequate water and snacks appropriate for the posted length of ride.
